400-MHz Wind Profiler Radar (WPR)

This is a remote-sensing device for measuring wind direction and velocity, and temperature in the atmosphere though observing changes in a high-altitude air current using radio and sound waves. It is possible to predict weather changes in a short period of time and to observe the development of a typhoon as well as climactic changes.
